Cancellation Policy
To our valued guests,
Ultimate Touch understands life happens and we truly sympathize, but we need to implement a 24 hour notice for the cancellation of all scheduled appointments.
Guests cancelling with less than a 24 hour notice will be responsible for 50% of the scheduled appointment value.
No show of a scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment value. Ultimate Touch will require a credit card that will be securely stored on file to make a reservation.
In the event of a no show or cancellation the card on file will be charged. For your convenience you may also use your saved card on file to pay for your salon visit.
